CoolTherm® E-516 Epoxy Tooling Material

Product Information

CoolTherm® E-516 tooling material is a highly-filled, two-component epoxy that provides low shrinkage coupled with good thermal conductivity and machineability. The unique properties of CoolTherm E-516 material provide minimum exotherm (74°C peak) up to a 45-pound casing in just one pouring.

Shelf Life

Shelf life of each component is one year when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.

Features and Benefits

Low Viscosity – provides excellent wetting that yields maximum reproduction of detail.
